As we know that in every type of department existing in Pakistan, there is no shortage of recommended or meritless workers. So, first of all, as the cyber attack has successfully damaged the privacy of our system or our country, it means that there was something wrong with our experts. I want to say that our system is containing such IT experts or cybersecurity hackers who cannot even protect their own system from unethical or illegal assets or cyber attacks. First of all, we need to remove such people from our systems, from every type of department, and make room for the entrance of highly qualified fresh graduates because I believe that compared to the old qualified cybersecurity hackers or technicians, our young talent can excel in their career. Not only that, but also they can protect our system and privacy files in a convenient and better way than the old people may could. We know that every type of meritless people are recruited by our departments due to the influence of politicians because they are recommended by highly influential politicians or bureaucrats having a significant rank in their department.
First of all, we need to overcome our fear against such personalities because they are just recommending the meritless people, but you have the right to reject them, and it is legal for you to remove such meritless people or lower-merit people from the system, and no one can harm you unless the Supreme Court is in your favor. So, after eliminating such people, we need to recruit young talent or highly qualified individuals for the protection of our system. This is only possible if you have a clear merit-based recruitment system, and here we come across the transparency of our systems. It is a point that mostly bureaucrats are influenced by the politicians because their promotions are in the hands of them, and they recruit the meritless or lower-merit people for their departments because they are not responsible for paying them, but the government is paying. So, we need to introduce the exact level of transparency as compared to the CSS exam or other provincial or our may recruit my exams in Pakistan because I believe that if there will be a purely merit-based system existing in our country, then there will be no chance of meritless people recruited in our civil services as well as other departments.
The cybersecurity department is the most crucial and important part of all of the departments because it is responsible for not only managing the private files of the country but also for the maintenance of social media and the content shown up there, and in this way, it has a significant role in our daily life. Moreover, coming towards the main point, which is to take control over the current situation in which we have lost our private data or important data which should not be stolen by someone, then we have to recruit or work with freelancers on either a monthly or permanent basis or freelance basis, which is also called an hourly basis, and I believe that such highly qualified freelancers can help us a lot in recovering the data. Not only just recovering the data, but also for preventing our system from future attacks by implementing something new.
As I am a software engineer, I know that our Pakistan has a large, just second-largest economy as a freelancer, and in the freelancing career, one can only excel if he has an up-to-date and extraordinary skill set in contrast to the government department employees who are permanently recruited regardless of their current efficiencies, skill set, and capability with the current system. So, that was all we should consider before recruiting the people, and here is what I will do if I am selected as a PAS officer or any type of officer, you can say, after passing the CSS exam. I will make the recruitment process highly transparent, and it is part of my belief that no one but Allah can harm me, and if I am in a condition, if I am in a state to benefit my country, benefit my nation, then why should not I do so?
